Who we are

WP Provider Translate is a service of WP Provider B.V., the Netherlands (support@wpptranslate.com).

The service

We translate the text of your website with machine translation, through the WP Provider Translate plugin. You are responsible for the content you send and for checking the translations before relying on them. We do our best to keep the service available, but give no guarantee of uptime or of the quality of translations.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, excluding VAT, through Mollie. You can cancel at any time; the plan ends at the end of the month. Translations already made stay on your site. When a payment fails and stays unpaid for 14 days, your account moves to the free plan until it is paid.

Your data

We store your email address, your account and site details, the texts your site sends for translation and their translations, and, for paid plans, your billing details. Texts are sent to translation providers to be translated. Translations of published texts may be reused for other sites. We do not sell your data. Ask us at support@wpptranslate.com to see or remove your data. The privacy policy says in detail what we store, why, for how long and who processes it.

Fair use

Don't use the service for unlawful content, or to overload or abuse it. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months. Dutch law applies.

Changes

When these terms change, we ask you to agree again when you next log in.
